ORDERING INFORMATION:
Orders are only accepted from qualified promotional products distributors. Orders must be submitted in writing via fax or email CM@cmbags.com
Orders must contain the following:
• Item number, item color, quantity, price and a copy of artwork
• Decoration method, imprint location, size and imprint color (PMS color #)
• Shipping method / delivery date, delivery address, and product in-hands date
SAMPLES:
• Blank samples are available on most items and can be purchased at catalog EQP + freight charges. Same day shipping if order received by 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time via UPS. (Samples can be returned in original condition, within 30 days of invoice date for product credit. Distributors are responsible for all freight charges).
• Random printed samples may be available upon request.
• Spec samples can be purchased at catalog EQP for the product with specific logo. Full setup & running charges apply. They are non-refundable.
• Custom mock-up sample can be ordered from your CM sales representative. Cost will be depending on the product, and it will be waived when the order is placed.

• Setup charge: $50.00(U) per color, per design or location
• Re-setup charge: $20.00(U) per color, per design or location
• PMS color match: $25.00(U) 100% color match cannot beguaranteed on re-runs or proofs.
• Typesetting charge: $20.00(U) minimum charge

ARTWORK: Camera ready artwork is required; faxed art is not acceptable.
Artwork will be accepted digitally from the following programs –
(MAC based)
• Adobe Illustrator CC 2014 - or lower
• Photoshop CC 2014
• QuarkXpress 10.5
FILE FORMATS:
• TIFF, EPS, JPEG, PDF and BMP (layered if possible)
• All fonts must be converted to outlines or included with the file.
• Format of artwork not mentioned above or needs touch up will be subject to a charge of $50.00(U) per hour. Please call Customer Service for a quotation.
**Vector Art is preferred. It provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness and detail.

PAPER PROOFS: No charge. Paper proofs must be signed and returned to factory prior to actual production. Failure in returning the paper proof promptly may delay your order’s delivery date.
LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS:
Minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. Less than minimum will be accepted with a charge of $27.00(U).
Minimum order quantity for vivid print is 100pcs. Please call customer representative for less than minimum orders on vivid print.
CHANGES ON ORDERS:
All changes on orders must be requested in writing before actual production. Verbal changes are not accepted. Changes may delay shipments and charges may apply.
CANCELLATIONS:
• All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will be accepted only if order has not been printed. Cancellations must be in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be acceptable. 15% restocking fee may apply.
• Overseas/custom orders are considered firm after paper proof approval - no cancellations will be accepted.

All shipment will be shipped via ground service unless specified by customer. We reserve the right to determine the best shipping method available.
STANDARD LEAD TIME:
5 - 7 working days after artwork or pre-production sample approval.
RUSH CHARGES:
We will make every attempt to meet your need without incurring additional charges. Air delivery may be required on deadline orders. Please call Customer Service for confirmation.
C.O.D SHIPMENT: Not available
DROP SHIPMENTS: $8.00(U) per location, per release. Drop shipment information must be received prior to production or delays may occur.
PACKAGING: Bulk unless specified by customer.
Special Packing - re-poly bag: $0.30(U) to $0.75(U) according to size of poly bag and quantity. Please call Customer Service for quote.
OVER / UNDER RUNS: We reserve the right to ship under or over by 3% and bill accordingly. In case of an under run of 3% or less, we reserve the right to not print the remaining balance.
CALIFORNIA SALES & USE TAX REGULATION 1706:
DROP SHIPMENTS TO A CALIFORNIA ADDRESS ARE SUBJECT TO SALES AND USE TAX UP TO 11.83%. TAX MAY BE EXEMPT IF A CALIFORNIA RESALE PERMIT IS PRESENTED.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
50% deposit is required for all new accounts, first time orders, and all Overseas/Custom orders. Balance is due upon shipment or approved term. Credit card payment is accepted.
