Artwork:
Camera-ready artwork is required; faxed art is not acceptable.

Storage Media: DVD, CD, USB Flash Drive, Email, FTP transfer (for larger files)
Artwork will be accepted digitally from the following programs-(MAC based)
- Adobe Illustrator CS 3
- Photoshop CS 3
- QuarkXpress 6.5
- Macromedia's Freehand MX
- CorelDraw 11

File Formats: TIFF, EPS, JPEG, and BMP
All fonts must be converted to outlines or included with the file. Forms of artwork not mentioned above or needs touch up will be subject to a charge of $50.00(U) per hour. Please call Customer Service for a quotation.

Proofs:
We acknowledge all orders with an email/fax paper proof unless specified by customer.
- Paper Proofs: no charge. Paper proofs must be signed and returned to factory prior to actual production. Failure in returning the paper proof promptly may delay your order's delivery date.
-Preproduction Proof: $25.00(U) per color/location. Preproduction sample will be shipped via overnight courier unless specified by customer. Allow 2-3 days for pre-production lead time.

Repeat Orders:
All repeat orders must be submitted in writing via fax or email. Please reference previous invoice or purchase order number to retrieve artwork. Art will be held on file for up to 24 months.
- Reset-Up Charge: $20.00(U) per color per location.

Less Than Minimum:
Minimum order quantity is 50 pcs. A charge of $27.00(U) will incur for orders below minimum and no order less than 25 pcs.

Changes On Orders:
All changes on orders must be requested in writing before actual production. Verbal changes are not accepted.

Cancellations:
All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will be accepted only if order has not been printed. Cancellations must be in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be acceptable. 15% restocking fee may apply. Overseas/custom orders are considered firm after paper proof approval ~ no cancellations will be accepted.

Drop shipments to a California address are subject up to 11.83% Sales and Use Tax. Tax may be exempt if a California’s Resale Permit is presented.
